Which hopefully has landed you here, where you can learn that this is not only a flat-out illegal online pharmacy, run by Russian criminals, but also that it's fully promoting dangerous controlled substances such as Ambien, Hydrocodone and Phentermine. This is the bread and butter of this criminal operation.

Sure, they put terms like "Very American" in their branding. Nothing could be further from the truth. There is absolutely NO American online pharmacy that would EVER let anyone buy a dangerously addictive substance like Ambien without an in-person consultation with both a physician and a licensed (non-Russian, US-based) pharmacist. toolargebutrue.com leads to a (by now infamously recognizable) website promoting the complete scam "product": VPXL, also promoted as Express Herbal.

There is ample evidence that this "product" is scarcely more than a sugar pill. It does nothing. It has no active ingredient. Stop supporting criminal organizations who continue to employ illegal means to promote this fake, useless, and possibly dangerous "herbal remedy." It is bullshit. Don't waste your money.

SanCash is also directly related, based on copious evidence researched over several months, to the affiliate program "GenBucks", which is the term you'll find more easily since it's the one they keep in the public eye.
